Q: Does CSSN scanners work with Macintosh (MAC) computers?
A: At this time CSSN scanners do not support the Mac Operating System.

Warranty and Return Policy

Q: What is the warranty policy on CSSN products?
A: All our products have a standard 1 year warranty, and we supply an extended 1 year warranty for an additional cost.

Q: What is the return policy of CSSN?
A: We have a 30 day money back guaranty policy. We will accept returns for any product for a period of 30 days from the date on the Invoice. We can also provide a refund on the full price minus the S&H costs.

A: Our delivery options are Ground, 2nd day Air, 3 days Select, Overnight and international.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times.
  • Ground: 5-7 business days (not counting shipping day)
  • 2nd day Air: 2 business days (not counting shipping day)
  • 3 days Select 3 business days (not counting shipping day)
  • Overnight: Next day for orders accepted Monday through Thursday before 11:00AM PST
  • Overnight orders accepted after 11:00AM pacific time will be shipped on the next day
  • Overnight Orders Accepted on Friday before 11:00AM, will be delivered on Monday
  • International: Fed Ex International priority 4-5 business days

A: All our scanners are powered from the computer's USB connection and no external power is necessary.

Q: What type of documents can be scanned by your sheet fed scanners?
A: All our sheet fed scanners are capable of scanning business cards, receipts, photos, checks, small documents and ID cards, DocketPORT 467 and DocketPORT 487 can scan documents up to A4 size (legal paper). Paper thickness:
  • DocketPORT 467/487 - 0.1mm – 0.9mm
  • DocketPORT 687 - 0.1mm – 1.5mm
  • DocketPORT 667 - 0.1mm – 1.7mm
