Our range of software is what really harnesses the power of the scanners. MedicScan ® is an easy-to-use system from Card Scanning Solutions (CSSN) that automates the process of transferring data from medical cards into electronic format.

The data that is scanned by DocketPORT 687 can be sent to a file or to a database as well as integrated into existing patient management systems which will automatically populate any required information fields for the user without any intervention.

Description

The DocketPORT® 687 was formerly the DocketPORT® 685.

The DocketPORT® 687 is an A6 format (4.2" pathway) portable duplex scanner. The 687 supports scanning in black and white, gray-scale, color and resolutions up to 600 DPI. The DocketPORT® 687, due to its duplex functionality, is able to capture both sides of documents in a single pass and can handle media of up to 1.0mm thick. The 687 is the perfect solution for scanning driver’s licenses, corporate ID's, medical insurance cards, receipts and business cards.

DocketPORT® 687 is also capable of scanning cards with embossed or raised lettering including bank checks. The DocketPORT® 687 connects to any standard USB port and requires no external power adapter.
